One of my younger sisters has an acne problem.  She did not have the problem before she got here in the US.  A few weeks after she arrived here she experienced her first acne breakout.  Maybe it is  due to the cold weather or maybe it is due to the food here.  She is now using an acne treatment product that was given to her by my other sister.  Hopefully that acne product can help her keep her skin clear.
