When I lived in the Philippines, I never knew anybody that suffered from migraine headaches. When I got here in the US, I found out that both my hubby’s sister and his daughter have suffered from them for years without much success in treating them.

The cause of migraine headaches is not well understood and may vary from person to person. My hubby’s sister was an elementary school teacher and I think that most of her headaches were a result of tension from her job because when she retired the problem seemed to go away. His daughter on the other hand, has tried many migraine treatment options but so far hasn’t found an effective treatment.
