We definitely need to a new electric blanket. We live here in the north central part of Minnesota where the cold weather temperature sometimes is sub- zero degrees Fahrenheit. We currently have an electric blanket but we need to buy a new one before the next winter season comes. The one that we are using right now doesn’t give us enough heat anymore and sometimes I find myself waking up in the middle of night freezing. Fortunately I have my big baby bear (my hubby) right next to me to keep me warm .

We are not doing that bad lately with our budget but in a few months we will really need to watching  our spending.  We have more bills to pay than we used to because we had to buy a new car and will be enrolling in a health care plan.   On top of that, I am still paying my younger brother’s college tuition fees, so I asked my hubby is we should think about buying home budgeting software.

A few months ago, I was freaked out because my computer suddenly stopped working.  All I could see was the blue screen of death.  It has gotten to the point where I can’t live without my computer.  It is my lifeline to my family in the Philippines and my sister in Germany.  Due to that incident I began to think about having a secure online backup system in case things like that  might happen again.

I have wanted to buy a pink laptop.  The reason I wanted one is that I want to stay connected online, especially when I’m on vacation.  When I’m home I don’t need it because I prefer to use my big screen LCD desktop.  I keep looking for great laptop deals on the internet but I haven’t found the one that is right for me yet.  It doesn’t need to be a fancy one, as long as it runs the apps that I use it’s perfectly fine with me.
