I have told my hubby about my plans to open a high end restaurant in my hometown in the Philippines sometime in the future. I am not much of a drinker.  Where I come from in the Philippines we did not have much money to spend on luxuries like alcoholic beverages.  When I got here to the US, I have tried a few things but have only acquired a taste for a few sweet and bubbly wines.
