Many people prefer to get caravan park accommodations for their get away rather than a hotel. They find this accommodation more enjoyable because they can enjoy numerous parks and outdoor activities. The caravan park is great to someone like me who enjoys nature and outdoor activities. To name a few of the outdoor activities that my hubby and I do during the summer season are fishing and gardening. Last holiday, my hubby’s relatives from Illinois were here for fishing and a family get together. Coming up here serves as their holiday get away. They come up here to our area at least once a year. When everybody is up here, there are more outdoor activities besides just fishing. They do boating, water skiing, tubing, outdoor cooking, ATV’ing and a lot more.

When I was still living in my home country the Philippines I didn’t really care about the summer season there. I did not know how to appreciate the weather we had there because all year round is summer. When I got here in the US, the weather was much different. I learned how to appreciate it and make the most of it because the warm weather is here for only a few months of the year. We don’t get enough of it before the winter comes back.

Reading news online is part of my hubby’s daily routine. He can’t let the day go by without spending sometime reading online. When he gets busy with something else he will try to catch up on reading as soon as possible. He wants to be aware of what’s going on in this country and the world. I noticed that as I grow older, I am also getting heavier. Is it a natural part of aging or what? I was only 83 lbs four years ago but now I am 104 lbs and I am only in my late twenties. My brother-in-law, Walter, is about ten years older than me. This made him the perfect age to act as a role model. He came around when I was about ten years old.
