We have gotten several calls recently from a home security system provider offering to give us a home security system free if we would let them put a sign in our front yard. I had to turn them down because we don’t really live on the highway and I don’t have any place to put up a sign. We live in a rather low crime area anyway so it is not a big deal. I think that rather than a home security system, the next thing we will be looking for is a new satellite or cable TV provider. We are not at all satisfied with our current provider and have two other options. We have a local phone company that has recently provided access to a cable system or we can check out what packages Direct TV are now offering. The last time we got a flier from them it looked like a pretty good deal.

Family vacations are big around these parts and I’m lucky enough to have a big enough family that we can take quite a trip and never have to stay in hotels. My kids love it because they get to play with all their cousins and I love it because it’s cheap! We’ve actually decided to rent an RV this year since there will be 6 of us and it will get crowded otherwise. I think we’ve got everything under control and I’ve been to www.SECURITYCHOICE.com, talked to the neighbors about us being gone and figured out exactly how much money we’ll need to spend to keep this thing fueled. I’m really excited about getting out there this year and driving over to Texas to visit my sister and then on to Arizona to see my folks. The kids can’t wait and I’m just glad we’ve got something bigger to travel in than an SUV!

Unlike most people I know, drinking is not my primary goal when going out on New Year’s Eve. I like to get dressed up and put on my best makeup. I am not one of those girls that puts on makeup everyday so I always use the best cosmetic products when I do decide to do myself up. I also make sure to wear something extra fancy. My closet is full of these beautiful dresses that I never seem to have an appropriate reason to wear. New Year’s Eve is always an exciting time for me. What I make sure not to do is get too drunk. So many of my friends put on their best clothes and extremely high heels and end up falling all over the street by the end of the night. I have no desire to cause that kind of scene. My normal New Year’s Eve destination is a nightclub with good music to dance to. I definitely don’t mean that low brow commercial dance music. I am a classy girl who enjoys classy music. This New Year’s Eve I am going to call my best friends around six to decide where to go. Then I will take a shower, get dressed, do my makeup and make sure to set my hone security alarm (Denver Alarm systems online offer) before going out for New Year’s Eve.

A good work out is what gets me through my day. The idea of heading to the gym with or without my friends and just chilling while I lift weights makes me happy. Everyone has something they love to do, and my thing was being buff.

Well, after a while things get stale during a work out. When I started to get lazy about going recently one of my buddies told me about burn outs. I’d heard about them before but I never really paid attention to that sort of thing. I loved working out but I didn’t go hardcore into the terminology. My buddies bought all the muscle mags with the shredded guys on front. I just wanted to exercise.

I didn’t know if burnouts were what I needed but I figured, “hell why not?”. I set my home security system alarm from homealarmexpert.com and headed off to the gym. When I got there I did my usual warm up stuff and headed right to the free weights. My buddy was a little late showing up but when he got there we started. We started with benching at fifty pounds then added ten pounds each rotation till we got to one hundred. Then we dropped ten pounds at a time till we got back to fifty. All I can say is that I’d never been so tired in my life afterward and I love it!
