Am I the only person on the planet who couldn’t be happier that the kids are about to be back in school? My sons have absolutely been driving me crazy here at home all day and I can’t imagine another month with them right underfoot. I love them to death but they’re little hellions and I sure wish I could give them back to the school system sooner! I tried everything – sent them to summer camp and even signed us up for http://www.wildbluedeals.com/ so they could get online and chat with their friends but no matter what I did they found a way to annoy me. And can we talk about what a hassle it is to have to drag them everywhere in town, from the grocery store to the nail salon? I love them to death but gosh I can’t wait until being a stay at home mom once again means I’m staying at home alone! There’s nothing worse than summertime when the kids are out of school if you ask me.

After college I was so relieved to actually have a full-time job to help pay my expenses because I kind of struggled to work a part-time job each year of college so I could pay for rent and food. But then the bills for my student loans started rolling in. I also have credit card bills to deal with now, so I thought that it was appropriate to make a 2011 New Year’s resolution to help get my finances in order so I could get these student loans paid off.

I went online to come up with a plan to see how much I could pay off the loans at a time because I wanted to go ahead and get all that over with. While I was checking that out a few days ago, I came across some clear wireless internet packages that sounded pretty great, so I signed up for one of them for my home internet access.

As part of my personal finance resolutions I’m going to figure out a payment plan for both my student loans and credit card bills. I think that holding off on Starbucks will help me put some extra money toward those payments.

After an accident left me unable to work, I needed a hobby to keep me entertained. After searching the Internet over, I found knitting to be something of interest to me, and decided to give it a try. I watched a few how-to videos on the Internet, and also attended a workshop at a local crafting shop. I picked up on the art of knitting fairly quickly and easily, and have been doing it ever since-almost a year now!

I love to knit. I sit down with my tools and my yarn and turn on the Cable Television to begin my daily knitting work. It doesn’t matter to me what it is I am knitting, as long as I am knitting. I have knitted everything under the sun-hats, scarves, booties, and book covers. It is such an enjoyable activity that I never get enough of.Recently I have started donating some of my items to a charity organization so that I know my things are being put to good use. Other things I give to family and friends, and of course, some I keep for my own use.

Knitting is the most enjoyable, relaxing activity I have found to do. It,along with my television shows, make my days peaceful and fun, which is what I need the most!

Even though it’s just another night of the year, I don’t really understand why people need such a big reason to celebrate so much because of that. But I just go along with all of it because it’s fun to celebrate even when there is no real reason to do it. I also love dressing up for fun too. One of my neighbors is throwing a New Year’s Eve party this year, which is pretty nice because I won’t have to go far at all or pay admission. He told me that the cost of admission is making a batch of my famous spinach and artichoke dip, which I don’t mind doing at all.

I thought that maybe I could make my own pita chips to dip in it too, so I looked up a recipe for it online. While I was doing that I came across some CLEARINTERNET offers that sounded pretty good, so after I did a little more research, I signed up for one of them.

I have a pretty stylish NYE outfit picked out, which includes some jeggings, over the knee boots and a sparkly sweater that just screams holidays.
