I tried window shopping at ShopWiki. I visited ShopWiki Germany to be precise. I was shopping for a birthday present for my niece last year. I decided to go shopping there so that I could save money on shipping and find the best deals on stuff that I like. Their buying guide feature helped me save a lot of time on research. My problem was and still is that I don’t speak or understand Deutsch. The site was written in the German language so I ended up not buying anything at all. I decided to shop at a nearby store instead and then shipped the presents to Germany.
I know that ShopWiki has an English version like that of the UK and Australia but it would be nice if the ShopWiki German site had a translation page. It would be a lot easier for shoppers like me who don’t understand German.

The holiday shopping season has many families away from home to do the shopping for gifts and food. The safety of the home and the family is a concern at this time of the year from walking across a parking lot to having your home safe as well. For women especially, they should never walk along. Find a friend to go shopping with, but if that is not possible, park in well lit areas of the mall and keep the cell phone close. Safety should not be forgotten after you arrive home. Never carry more bags than what you can quickly drop on a seconds notice. The time it takes to get a key in the door, could be long enough to be attacked. Be on guard.
The home should be protected as well. Keep the outside well lit with motion detectors and make sure you set the home alarm system set to ensure the protection of the home. The holiday season is a time to have fun, enjoy the family and take the time to share memories. The one memory that families don’t want to have to share is how they got robbed or mugged over the holiday. Protect yourself, your home and your memories.

When shopping for holiday gifts, it’s sometimes a precarious endeavor, more so than shopping at other times of the year. You’re rushed and frazzled to a point that can make you forget to do certain things you would normally do, and take precautions that would otherwise be safer alternatives. To ensure that your holiday shopping is a secure and safe experience, always be sure to make a list of things you are going to get on that particular shopping trip. As you buy them, check them off the list. Should you go to your car to lighten your load before proceeding, check again to see that each of those things you have bought are still with you. Lock them safely in your trunk, out of sight. When you get home, check that list again, and put all these things in one room where you know they will be out of sight and out of reach so there is no chance that they will be misplaced. Lock the door to that room, and when you leave the house again to do other shopping, repeat the process, always making sure that you set your home alarm (HOUSE SECURITY online offer) before you depart.

Ok I finally talked myself into this year. My sister has always went to black Friday Sales and I was the one that refused to go out in the mess of fighting people. But needless to say my nieces and nephews have gotten the better of me so maybe a little bit of spoiling from their favorite Aunt isn’t such a bad thing. So here I am sitting having just finished my breakfast and waiting for my sister to call and tell me shes ready for me to head over. One thing I am unsure about, what is a pokemon? Derek my nephew is asking for one of those games for his DS. And the bad thing is I am unsure of what a DS is.
I have heard that KMart is a good starting place. At least there I may be able to catch some curtains and sheets on sale. I have been needing some more of those for a while now. And there was my phone call from my sister. Giving me the run down on what to bring and what to do. Sometimes I think she thinks I can’t think for myself. Like I would forget to turn on the home alarm we got through this HOME SECURITY online offer before I leave.

I live in northern Minnesota. We have a long and frigid cold winter season here and because of that we need to bundle up to keep ourselves warm. This north face women’s east village jacket would be a perfect choice to keep me warm in the coldest of the weather. I already have a down jacket but it only comes down to my waist. What I like most about this north face women’s east village jacket is that it is full length, lightweight and very warm. I would definitely like to have one of these.
There are also a lot of north face jackets of different styles, colors and sizes. You should check out Zappos to see for yourself. There you can find jackets for men, women, kids, boys and girls. I am going to tell my sisters about them. The north face jackets are also great presents to yourself and to someone you love.

My father’s birthday is still a few weeks off. His birthday is on the 25th of December to be precise. I was planning to send him cash. That way he can buy whatever he wants for his birthday. I can’t think of any great gifts for dads birthday other than cash. Any suggestions? I still have a few weeks to think it over before I would have to ship it in order for it to get there on time.
